Shaun is a Director of L.M. Stern. Shaun’s responsibilities include formulating and executing investment, asset and development management initiatives in order to deliver returns across the company’s portfolio.

Claire-Anne Escoffey

Claire-Anne is the Executive Assistant at L.M. Stern. She has extensive experience in supporting senior executives and managing administrative teams.

Fred Meehan
DIRECTOR

Fred is a Director of L.M. Stern. With an Investment Management remit, Fred’s core responsibilities include Investor relations and working to deliver business returns across the company’s portfolio of assets under management.

Samantha Treharne
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Samantha joined L.M. Stern in 2019. Growing with the company over the last three years she has overseen the finance function, in all aspects from the day to day running of the portfolio’s.

Steve Norris
ADVISOR

Steve Norris was educated at Liverpool Institute and at Oxford University where he was President of the University Law Society and gained an MA(Hons) in Jurisprudence. After a career in private industry he was first elected as a Conservative member of Parliament in 1983.

Greg Cooke
ADVISOR

Greg Cooke has over 40 years experience across the commercial property sector having started in the Development sector with Capital and Counties, a leading international property company before moving to the Consultancy arena, primarily acting for major multi national corporates across Europe and North America.
